Product Introduction The production of refractory brick can be divided into three process: Raw material, molding, burning.  Generally, refractory brick was molded by dry pressing. By means of mixing the material uniformity in proportion and ageing mixture some time. Then, pour some powders into the mould and dry pressing. After dry pressing, the adobe need to pushed in the drying kiln  to stoving or stay in the air  to drying. This progress will need about 3-5 days. After this progress, then push the adobe into the tunnel furnace or shuttle  kiln to burning  around 1300C. This progress will be need about 5-7 days. After burning, the brick will be packed in pallet and leave the factory. 

According the made method, it can be divided into burnt brick, unburned brick,

electric smelting brick. According the shape and size, it can be divided into standard brick,

general brick and abnormal shape brick. According the content of the Al2O3, it can be

divided into fireclay brick and high alumina brick.

Product Operation Method and Notice

In order to make the material of kiln liner function fully and ensure its turnaround, prolong service life, making following provisions for the masonry:

Sweep carefully the dust and crumbs on the inside wall of kiln shell.Inside wall of kiln shell should be level up and no irregularity phenomenon.The mortar joint between brick and brick is controlled 1.5mm~2mm.Mortar smear should be uniformity and full. Don’t have the lack of the mortar phenomenon. You should smear well the mortar. And you twist mortar with brickwork to extrude a litter mortar.Masonry of kiln liner must be level up and no slab staggering .You should do your best to avoid malposition, lean, mortar joint uniformity, decentring, hemstitch, straight joint, yawn, bursted, raw seam, warp form the shape of the snake, humping and the mortar is unwell, etc are common faults.According to design, the expansion gap of firebrick must remain. You cannot omit.You should masonry in advance in important and complex outline part of the kiln lining.Firm whipstitch. You must process finely brick with brick cutter. Don’t process brick with hand. Neck brick should be larger 70% than other brick. The last brick in one plane or the brick in a curve should be larger 50% than other brick. Must fore shaft with the same brick. The machined surface is not suitable to facing the inside hearth.Refractory should be stored in dry warehouse.
